The EKA business concept is to offer consulting services in a way that integrates the positives of a large-firm model with the positives of a small-firm model. By design, instead of maintaining a staff of consultants who are assigned to all engagements, EKA uses its extensive network of professional firms and individual associates to create project teams of experts selected and combined uniquely for each engagement.
